1– Post-Secondary Summer Student – ASSISTANT MUSEUM ADMINISTRATOR
Work Term: MAY 29 – AUG. 20, 2023 (12 weeks)
Wages $14.50/hr – 37.50 hrs/wk.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be returning to a Post Secondary 2023 Fall Program, and be Registered with the Young Canada Works Program. Fluent in English and Intermediate French languages, a strong interest in history and culture, strong oral and communication skills, self-motivated and team player. Knowledgeable in conducting research on the Internet and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word and Power Point.

Tasks and Responsibilities: Assisting with the opening and closing of the museum, maintaining the museum gift shop. Welcoming tourists, sharing in the responsibility of the day-to-day operation of the museum, assist with school tours, fundraising, general maintenance of the museum, and all other assigned duties as required on a day-to-day basis.

1-Seasonal Full-Time – INTERPRETIVE GUIDE (Ages 15 to 30 years old may apply)
Work Term: June 19 – August 27, 2023 (10 weeks)
Wages $14.50/hr – 37.50 hrs/wk.
